WASP by a White Nordo-Celtic Pagan

Wasps are an ingenious family among the insects

30,000+ Species

many with very sophisticated means of capturing the biochemistry of other species and getting hosts to make things for them

Galls on branches

Masses of chaos amidst leaves growing into wasp nests

Inside of a caterpillar, laid when the caterpillar was an egg

Laying dormant or just growing slowly

Waiting for the moment

Often as the caterpillar pupates

It has eaten and made as much protein as it is going to

The wasp kicks its chemical warfare into action

An Orb spider suddenly starts making a cocoon for the wasp that will eat it

WASPs take over whole systems of the organism and consumes it.

Then pupate and emerges as an adult wasp on the hunt for something to parasitise

The ovipositor is that great big thing most people think is a sting.

Sometimes it is a sting

Again with chemical warfare to either piss you off or kill you.

But often it has no poison but is design to insert eggs into the right cells and tissue of various plants or insects.

WASPs are excellent parasites

They have their place in ecology

usually kept in check by something that eats them.

Sometimes other WASPs

Their populations pulse in harmony with the natural systems

Just imagine if one mutated to feed on humans to make a cyst that just kept on producing more wasps,

Little ones, you could hardly see them but their biochemisty would take over you brain.

The great zombi WASP pandemic of 2022...

it first spread through fossil fuel board rooms

making them gorge themselves into obesity on their hoarded riches....

The last thing our world needs is another episode of colonialism with a pandemic of WASPs thinking they can put the world into their service.

WASPS make dangerous parasites

...but...

they spend much of their life dependant on a host

Feeble easy food without defence for those who learn how to hunt it.

Decolonisation starts with identification of the parasite

Hosts have immune systems

To the tree a WASPs life cycle is short and all that is left in later years is a small scar

seasons cycle round and balance returns in a spiral of life given time
